Little
Flower Primary Schools
Kareechampatti
The
Little Flower School is the latest child
of the Good Samaritan Trust. This school
is Situated at Kareechampatti, a village
in South India. There are some Primary
schools at Sithanatham, Pillur and Alampattipudur,
the nearby villages, which are one-half
and two-half kilometres away respectively.
There is another primary school at Vellivadi,
which is 4km away from Dareechampatti.
Therefore
the village Kareechampatti is neglected.
The total population of the village is
1200 and over half of the teenagers who
reside there don’t know how to express
their feelings.
The school provides free education to
about 40 children and it has also employed
2 teachers and 1 headmaster for efficient
coaching. Currently all the expenses were
borne by friends and relatives of the
Good Samaritan Trust members. God has
put the burden and vision to provide the
opportunity to become a literate to all
the poor and economically downtrodden.
The Good Samaritan programme helps schools
develop the skills that children aged
3 -16 need to cope with life's challenges
and develop their emotional health and
well-being. Good Samaritan's main objective
is to minimize the illiteracy rate particularly
in rural areas.
